All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Australia typically arrive within 5–7 business days. Orders to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe usually arrive within 5/7 business days. Orders to other international locations may take 10 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or high demand periods.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped. Please allow 2–3 days for tracking updates to appear.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, customs processing, or high order volumes. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
